Introduce your students to books in a fun, interactive way! In this session, teachers will explore how to use Google Slides to create a book speed dating or tasting activity to help students get excited about reading. Book speed dating or a book tasting is a unique way to help build student interest and to encourage more student reading.  Book speed dating is an engaging activity that will allow students to explore novels from different literary genres, promotes your classroom library, and fosters memorable learning expereinces for independent choice novel units.
