How can we most efficiently organize information for a system with many users? The short answer: focus on saving time for those who access it most.
We'll look at applications of Google Sheets as we consider the perspectives of two groups of stakeholders: students and their families (Sheets as a public assignment calendar) and teachers (Sheets as an organizer for assessment and data access). Examples are from elementary and middle, but we apply the guiding question to all levels of working with people.
